I had the most amazing experience with not only Dr. Lipman, but every single member of his staff. The front office & administrative staff were always so sweet and helpful. The nurses before, during and after the procedure were so wonderful and they eased a lot of my anxieties. Dr. Lipman was one of my favorite doctors I've ever met! He answered all of my questions and was very reassuring and positive about the entire procedure. And the absolute best part, I have had AMAZING results from the UFE. No more back pain, I'm no longer anemic, my periods are so easy every month, and my uterus is back to a normal size and shape! I highly recommend Atlanta Fibroid Center for any woman needing relief from fibroids.

I had my procedure with this facility about 2 months ago, i have been calling trying to get a POST OP appt and no one will answer OR return my voicemail calls nevertheless cares about after care of their patients. I ended up in the hospital after this procedure called the office and was told they would check back on me the very next day. I had yet to hear anything back. I had to call them and when i mentioned my hospital visit & not receiving the call i was promised i was told it was not even documented, the dr is great but his staff is nonchalant to the care of the patients. I will never use this facility again. Or recommend them to anyone.

My overall experience was excellent. They have kind nurses everywhere. They took time to explain everything I needed to know to me. After the procedure, the nurses kept checking my vitals at intervals. Dr. Lipman also was very kind. I was in and out of the procedure room quickly. Thank you to all the staff of Atlanta international institute, your actions made me relax and removed any doubt and anxiety I had prior to the procedure.

The administrative staff (specifically Kisha and Jane), can't seem to manage their workload and tend to neglect communication as a result. Getting information and assistance with payment/insurance has been very difficult throughout both the pre and post surgery process. After months of going back and forth, they still haven't arranged for a refund of almost $600 after the insurance adjustment; they claim: "it's another department's job". The post-surgery pain was significantly worse than led to believe, and despite emphasizing the need for more pain relief in the recovery room, the nurses refused. The prescription for ongoing pain relief was also very weak, given the amount of pain the surgery had caused.

Dr. John Lipman has been such a blessing since I met him six months ago. Prior to meeting Dr. Lipman I was dealing with fibroids and all of the symptoms that come with it. I had a myomectomy done back in 2018 however in 2022 I was told that the fibroids were back. The doctor that did my myomectomy procedure told me she recommends getting Hysterectomy as I had no other choice. I felt horrible. The weight was on my shoulders I’m 37 no kids and now I’m being told I should get the hysterectomy because there’s no other choice for me or just keep dealing with the symptoms.(Her exact wording) I reached out to a friend of mine, Chavela💕 Hill and she told me to go see Dr. Lipman. He will tell you upfront if he can help you and he did so well with her. She speaks so highly of him, I went to speak with Dr. Lipman. And when I tell you prior to having the UFE done I had many symptoms, and at my 6 month follow up visit (11/30/2023) Dr.Lipman was asking me about symptoms I completely forgot about! Because I haven’t experienced any symptoms since having the UFE done in 7/2023 with Dr. Lipman! My results from surgery was effective Immediately! With that said I am fibroid free! Dr.Lipman compared both pictures of my uterus before surgery and after surgery allowing me to see my results. I highly recommend anyone dealing with fibroids to just give Dr. Lipman office a call . He will educate you and walk you through the process! I left the Doctor office with tears of joy ! I am fibroid free ! No scarring, 1-2 weeks down time and I have my uterus 🥹 Thank you Thank you
